我们很高兴地告诉各位,莱科萨斯国际(中国)有限公司很快就要与大家见面了!

2004年6月,NHT Global, Inc.在广东省珠海市注册成立了莱科萨斯国际(中国)有限公司。NHT Global, Inc.是一家以销售帮助人们提高生活品质的个人护理品、化妆品和营养健康品为主的国际性直销企业,总部设在美国德克萨斯州达拉斯市。其母公司Natural Health Trends Corp.是一家拥有14年历史的美国纳斯达克(NASDAQ)上市公司。经过近一年的精心筹备,莱科萨斯国际(中国)有限公司取得了如下实质性的进展:

首先,我们在珠海市南屏科技工业园建立了占地20,000平方米的生产基地,其中包括化妆品生产车间,仓库和研发中心。随着生产基地生产线的装嵌工程和配套机器设备的安装完毕,不久的将来,莱科萨斯即可向国内消费者供应畅销于全球30多个国家和地区的高品质、高效能的个人护理品、化妆品和营养健康品。

其次,莱科萨斯国际(中国)有限公司分别成立了北京办事处和广州办事处,组建了一支全新的、富有直销行业经验的行政管理团队,专门负责莱科萨斯中国市场的业务正式运作及经营管理。

随后我们投入巨资在北京、广州和珠海分别设立了独具莱科萨斯特色的“体验服务中心”。体验服务中心设有展示区、咨询区、体验区和商务信息区等功能区域,它是连接企业与消费者的一个重要桥梁,任何人通过体验服务中心都可以在购买产品前充分了解产品、体验试用产品、熟悉产品的销售流程,再决定购买自己喜爱的产品;当消费者购买了产品之后,体验服务中心还将继续提供专业、全面、贴心的售后服务,如产品使用咨询、投诉意见处理、退换货等。莱科萨斯体验服务中心提供的这种人性化服务,充分体现了莱科萨斯对中国消费者和中国市场的承诺,使消费者在莱科萨斯可以明明白白消费,确保自己的合法权益,让消费者更具有安全感和信任感。

目前,中国公司的全体员工正在全身心地投入申请《直销企业经营许可证》的准备工作之中,并调整制定了符合中国《直销管理条例》的经营模式、奖金制度和信息披露制度以及培训、考核制度;此外,莱科萨斯国际(中国)有限公司的注册资本也已全部到位。我们计划在未来的2年里,在全国主要大中城市继续投资设立分支机构(体验服务中心),以满足中国市场的需要。

Speech by the President

Ladies and gentlemen,

I am pleased to announce that NHT Global (China) Corporation will be fully functioning soon.

In June 2004, NHT Global (China) Corporation was officially registered in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province by NHT Global, Inc. whose headquarters are in Dallas, Texas, USA. NHT Global, Inc. is an international direct selling company which markets mainly personal care products, cosmetics and healthcare products for the enhancement of people’s quality of life. Its parent company, Natural Health Trends Corporation, has 14 years business background and is now listed on the NASDAQ national market. After more than one year of careful preparation, NHT Global (China) Corporation has made significant progress in the following areas:

First of all, NHT Global (China) Corporation has set up its first manufacturing facility in 2005. The facility, with a total space of 20,000 square meters, is located in Nan Ping Industrial Park, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. It has a standard cosmetics production workshop, a warehouse and a R&D center. With the completion of the installation of the production lines and supportive equipments, NHT Global will soon be able to offer domestic consumers high quality personal health care products, cosmetics and healthcare products that are sold well in over 30 different NHT Global marketing countries and areas over the world.

Secondly, NHT Global (China) Corporation has established Representative offices in both Beijing and Guangzhou. A team of senior management staff with extensive direct selling industry experience has been recruited and put on post. They will be responsible for the operation and management of the overall NHT Global business in China.

Finally, we have made investment in Beijing, Guangzhou and Zhuhai to build the “Experience Service Center” that demonstrates the unique NHT Global features. In the “Experience Service Center”, there are many functional areas such as “product display”, “consultation”, “product experience” and “commerce information”. The Experience Service Center is an important bridge between our company and our consumers. Every consumer will be able to obtain full knowledge of our products, try them, and understand the sales procedures before they make a decision of buying them. Once the consumer buys our products, the “Experience Service Center” will continue to offer professional, full-range and caring services such as consultation of product use, handling of complaints and refund issues. Such personalized service offered by the “Experience Service Center” will fully demonstrate NHT Global’s commitment to Chinese consumers and the market. It allows high transparency in NHT Global’s sales service and ensures that consumer rights are protected. The “Experience Service Center” will gain us the confidence and trust of our customers.

Currently, all the employees of our China company are fully engaged in the preparation of applying for the “Direct Selling License”. We have also adjusted, in compliance with the “Direct Selling Management Regulations”, our business model, our compensation plan, information release system as well as training and performance review systems. In addition, all the registered capital for NHT Global (China) Corporation has been deposited into a local bank account in China. We have planned to make further investments in China in the next two years to open Branch-cum-Experience Service Centers in China’s prime and major cities to support the market.

“Where Ordinary Becomes Extraordinary” has always been NHT Global’s mission. In the future, NHT Global (China) Corporation will continue to supply our customers with high-quality and high-impact products and, with the various services provided by our NHT Global Experience Service Centers (or Service Stores), help improve people’s quality of life. We strongly believe that the Experience Service Center business model created by NHT Global China, will become an innovative model in all our markets and prove to be highly effective in China.

Since its establishment, NHT Global (China) Corporation has been defining its development plan in China under the principle of “Long term development based on absolute adhesion to the local laws and regulations”. In our actual operations, we have fully respected China’s policy of opening its direct selling market progressively. In the future, we will strictly regulate our business behavior to comply with all requirements and regulations specified in the “Regulations on the Administration of Direct Selling” and “Anti-Pyramid Promotional Scheme Act”. We will actively work with the Chinese government to combat fraudulent activities and we pledge to deal with all consumers in fairness and honesty so as to win their trust and our good reputation in the China market.
